ABOUT THREAD LIFT TREATMENTS?

No surgery • No cutting • No stitching

Thread lifts are a less invasive alternative to surgical facelift procedures. Treatments give patients an instant lift while simultaneously smoothing wrinkles for a more youthful appearance. Ola Bella uses the industry’s most advanced threads to ensure an optimal outcome with the least amount of pain, side effects, or downtime.

HOW DO THREAD LIFTS WORK?

Thread lifts are a minimally-invasive surgical procedure where dissolvable threads are placed below the surface of the skin with a blunt needle which aims to lift, tighten, and immediately tone. Once placed at strategic locations, the threads provide support and structure while triggering large amounts of new collagen production.

AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR A THREAD LIFT?

You may be a suitable candidate for thread lift procedures if you’re concerned about visible signs of aging or have a specific area of skin you are concerned about but prefer non-surgical and natural repair procedures to improve and rectify the concerning areas. Thread lifts are suitable for men and women that want to subtly tighten and tone specific skin areas without scarring or extended recovery time. It’s the modern-day ‘non-surgical facelift’.

These advanced thread lifts address a variety of concerns from wrinkle reduction to skin laxity. They instantaneously lift and smooth the patient’s skin, leaving a younger, firming looking skin.

TREATMENT AREAS, TO NAME A FEW, INCLUDE:

  • Marionette Lines (Eyes)

  • Nasolabial Folds

  • Laugh Lines

  • Sunken Cheeks

  • Sagging Jowls

  • Flabby skin

  • Asymmetry of the face

  • Droopy Eyebrows

  • Neck tightening.

Thread lifts can however effectively be used throughout the face and rest of the body. During your personal consultation at Ola Bella, our aesthetics practitioner will assess your candidacy for the various procedures.

HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL TREATMENT TAKE?

Thread lifts at Ola Bella are minimally invasive small medical procedures. Treatments are done in-office whilst using a topical anesthetic prior to treatment to ensure your absolute comfort throughout. Treatment times can vary depending on the area being treated and the number of threads needed to address your individual concerns. Most patients can expect to be in and out of their appointment within the hour.

WHAT RESULTS WILL I SEE?*

You’ll see an immediate improvement to lines, wrinkles, and skin laxity. As the threads begin to dissolve over 3-6 months, additional lifting occurs due to additional collagen stimulation. Patients can expect results from thread lift procedures to last upwards of 12 months.

IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME?

Thread lift procedures have very little downtime. In many cases, you’ll be able to return to daily activities immediately with minimal restrictions. Patients report minor swelling and soreness several days following their procedure.
